By using corridome.com, its member tools, the API or the AI connector, you agree to these terms. If you use Corridome for a firm, you agree for the firm too, and you confirm you can.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Corridome LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in New York, NY. You need to be at least 18, and you may use Corridome only for business purposes.
Accounts
An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. A Team plan gives each seat its own account, under the firm's plan. Tell us at support@corridome.com if you think someone else has used yours.
Plans, billing and refunds
The plans and prices are on the pricing page. Corridome LLC is the seller, and Stripe processes the payment; your card statement shows CORRIDOME. Prices don't include tax: sales tax is worked out from your billing address and added at checkout where it applies.
- A membership renews automatically each month or each year, on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time on your account page. You keep membership until the end of the period you've paid for, nothing more is charged, and we don't refund part of a period.
- An annual plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase: write to support@corridome.com from the address on your account.
- If a payment fails, you keep membership while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the account moves to the free plan.
- We'll email you about a price change at least 30 days before you renew at the new price, so you can cancel before it applies.
Allowances and fair use
Each plan has the allowances on the pricing page. A member opens up to 250 contacts each calendar month, on corridome.com or through the AI connector, and exports up to 1,000 rows; a contact that is only a LinkedIn profile doesn't count. A free account opens up to 50 different records a day. Monthly allowances start again on the 1st, and the daily one at midnight, New York time.
To keep the register fast for everyone, we limit how quickly pages and searches can be requested. A visitor may be asked to pass a quick human check, and an account to slow down. When they open, the AI connector answers up to 30 tool requests a minute and 1,000 a day per account. The API answers up to 60 requests a minute and 10,000 a day per account (per seat on Team), with at most 100 results a request.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy, scrape or download the register in bulk by any means other than the export and API on your plan;
- resell, redistribute or publish what you get from Corridome, or build a competing database from it;
- contact people except lawfully, following the anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you (CAN-SPAM and the GDPR among them), and stop when someone asks you to;
- use Corridome to decide anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance or housing;
- harass anyone, or share your account to get around a plan's limits.
Corridome is not a consumer reporting agency, and its data is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
The data
The register is compiled from public filings and firms' own websites, and each fact says what kind of document it comes from and as of when. We work to keep it right, but we don't promise it's complete or accurate, and filings can be wrong or out of date. If you find a mistake, write to support@corridome.com.
Corridome is not investment, legal or tax advice. Corridome LLC is not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser, and nothing on Corridome is an offer of securities.
The AI connector and the API
When you use Corridome through Claude or ChatGPT, their own terms apply as well as these. Answers an AI assistant writes from our data can be wrong; check them against the record. We don't see your conversations, only the requests the assistant sends to our tools.
The AI connector comes with the Member and Team plans at no extra charge, and the API is coming soon to the same plans. These terms apply to both. API keys are like passwords: keep them secret and don't put them in public code. Rows the API returns from a list or a search count against your plan's monthly export rows, as an export would; looking up a single record doesn't. A member can open contact details through the connector, and through the API when it opens, counted against the same monthly allowance as on corridome.com. The acceptable-use rules above apply to every contact, however it was opened.
Ownership and license
Corridome LLC owns Corridome: the site, the software, and the compilation of the register. While your account is in good standing, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business, within your plan. The underlying public records belong to no one, and nothing here limits your use of them from their original sources. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Disclaimers and liability
Corridome is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Corridome LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Corridome LLC in the 12 months before the claim.
You'll cover Corridome LLC against claims that arise from your misuse of Corridome or your breach of these terms, including how you contact the people you find on it.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Corridome and close your account at any time by writing to support@corridome.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can, and then nothing is refunded. If we close a paid account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
Governing law
The laws of the State of New York govern these terms. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in New York, NY, and you and Corridome LLC agree to those courts' jurisdiction. There's no arbitration.
Changes and contact
We'll email account holders 30 days before a change to these terms that matters takes effect. Using Corridome after that means you accept the change.
